Confused about this odd situation with my dad?

Ok, I have an unusual problem with my dad. I'm a 19 year old guy, and my dad still treats me as if I were a little kid. I don't mean as in the way of over protection, but like he has babyish nicknames for me, makes silly faces and sounds and stares at me while doing them to the point where it's extremely awkward. I do have normal conversation with him (not too deep a relationship though), where he does talk normal. But unexpectedly, he'll start again talking to me as if I was a baby, and he stares at me in a way in which he expects me to giggle back like a toddler. If I make an annoyed face, he gets angry and thinks I don't love him, and says he loves to make jokes like that. I usually get really awkward around him when he does that and feel annoyed and suffocated. I try to make myself feel better by thinking at least he's not abusive or mean, usually gives me what I want (although he did used to have a bit of a temper, but never got violent). Although it's a relief to think that, I still can't help shake off those awkward annoyed feelings. How would you feel in this situation?
