How can I get my girl friend to forgive me and to me my friend again?

I was her friend and I was nice to her. Until I texted her unexpectedly and and them she got mad at me and said that she didn't want to talk to me again. Also, I accidently creeped her out when I said her address out load and then her and her friends accused me of stalking her. Then, on Facebook she unfriended me and blocked me. I tried to cheer her up, but that didnt work. I gave her a card, but that didnt work. What should I do to earn her trust and her forgivness back and for her to be my friend again (she means a lot to me)?
