Install Windows Help?

I just got a brand new desktop and trying to set it up but when i turn it on it saids '' The computer restated unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." So I click OK and the same thing pop up, what should I do?? TY :)
